Orders

1) How do I place an order?

Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details and pay for your order. You will receive a confirmation email.

2) Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until the moment of shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number.

3) Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Select the "Invoice" option in your shopping cart and provide your company details (tax ID number).

Payments

4) What forms of payment do you accept?

Card, BLIK, fast online transfers, traditional bank transfer. Cash on delivery within Poland — optional (if you need it, contact us).

5) Are the payments secure?

Yes, we use encrypted payment gateways that comply with PSD2/3-D Secure.

Shipping and Delivery

6) How quickly do you ship orders?

Standard delivery time is 24–48 business hours.

7) How long does delivery take?

Within Poland, usually 1–3 business days from dispatch. EU: 3–7 days (depending on the country).

8) How much does delivery cost?

The cost will be displayed in the shopping cart after you select the carrier/address. Free shipping to your doorstep — if active, we will show it in the shopping cart.

9) Do you offer personal pick-up?

If available, the information and address will appear in the shopping cart. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Packaging and gifts

10) How do you pack the glass?

We use reinforced cardboard boxes, dividers, and fillers. Products are additionally protected with film/wrapping.

11) Do you offer gift wrapping/a message from the sender?

Yes - select the option in the shopping cart or write it in the order notes.

Products and care

12) Are the products dishwasher safe?

Most are, unless the description indicates otherwise (e.g., gold rims, hand-painted - hand washing recommended).

13) Is glass heat-resistant?

Products for hot drinks are clearly marked. Standard glasses/carafes - we do not recommend thermal shock.

14) Can each copy vary slightly?

For blown/hand-decorated products - yes, this is a natural effect of the craftsmanship process.

Returns and Complaints

15) What is the return time?

14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment (no reason required). The product must be unused and in complete condition.

16) How do I report a return?

Write to us: we will provide the return address and label/instructions. Refund within 14 days of receiving the package.

17) What if the package arrives damaged?

Take pictures of the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours. We will send you a new copy or refund your money.

18) How does the warranty work?

We focus on durable materials and a clear warranty. Material/manufacturing defects – repair, replacement or refund. Contact us with your order number and photos.

19) Do you offer discounts for restaurants/hotels?

Yes, we handle B2B orders. Contact us – we will prepare a wholesale quote.

20) Can I order tableware items for a specific event?

Yes. We will advise you on the selection of glass and the availability of larger quantities in a short time.
